Contracts and orders are accepted only subject to our Customer Purchasing Terms & Conditions as set out herein and the client shall be bound by such conditions. No modification of these conditions or the particulars contained in our acceptance will be recognized by us unless expressly accepted by us in writing. Unless so agreed, any qualifications thereof or difference contained in the client's own order shall be inapplicable.

Once we receive your order, and after receiving the first automatically generated e-mail on your side, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including your completed Sales Order, and we will get in touch with you on the phone if necessary in case there is something to be cleared up prior to your order confirmation.

1. Products are usually dispatched on the next day following your order confirmation. In most cases, you will be receiving your product within the next 48 hours.
   
   
2. As a general rule, the postman will visit you again on the next day if you are not available on the first. If you were still unavailable on the second visit, your order is automatically cancelled.
   
   
3. If the visiting time of the postman does not suit your schedule, you should inform us at ordering time, providing us with another mailing address where someone can be present with a ready payment to receive your order. (It could be a neighbor, a relative, or your work location if permitted, etc.)
   
   
4. Once the postman arrives to your address, he cannot wait for more than ten (10) minutes to receive the payment. During that time, you are kindly required to check if the package received is the one you ordered and there’s no mistake about it.
   
   
5. If for some reason, you are dissatisfied with the product, you can return it to the postman without payment, ON THE SPOT. But once you pay him and he leaves, you have officially bought the product and you are subject to the Return & Refund policy stated below in case you wish to return the product.
   
   
6. Once you officially buy the product, the 72-hour countdown for return starts from the date of the invoice.
   
   
7. Please note that we only accept cash payments. Kindly prepare exact change for the mailman. Refunds are also paid in cash
   
   

If you cancel your order prior to mailing, we will cancel the transaction and no fees or charges will apply. If you wish to cancel your order after it's mailed but before you receive it, you must refuse the products upon delivery. The postman will be instructed to accept your decision and return the products.

We want you to love your product. Every effort has been taken to make this product highly satisfactory and to ensure you receive the goods in perfect condition. That's why all products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 72 hours of the date on the invoice.

To return your product and receive full refund, you have to visit us at our showroom with your invoice. Please note that in case you cannot come personally, any holder of the invoice is eligible for a refund.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in perfect unused condition. Do not dispose of the boxes or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied with the products you have received.

In the event that the above-listed conditions are not followed, or if the returned items are damaged or used, Golden Crown Co. reserves the right not to accept them.

The reimbursement of the total amount of the returned items will be carried out as soon as we receive the product from you. It will be paid in cash.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including your completed Sales Order and the shipping charges necessary for fast and safe shipment to your country.

1. Upon receipt of our confirmation e-mail, you are kindly requested to choose the payment method that suits you best.
   
   
2. When you’re done, please inform us of your mode of payment and provide us with the necessary codes where applicable. Kindly note that we won’t dispatch the goods until we receive full payment.
   
   
3. When we receive your payment, your purchase will be submitted for order processing and shipping.
   
   
4. Products are usually dispatched on the next day following receipt of your payment.
   
   
5. Please take the time to review your order and the purchase process carefully because RETURNS AND REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED for orders placed out of Lebanon.
   
   

We make every attempt to cancel an order as soon as possible upon receipt of your cancellation request. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed.

1. If the products have not been shipped, you must inform us that you wish to cancel your order. We will send you a return confirmation email that your order has been cancelled. We will refund you your money less commissions through the same method you used to send it to us.
   
   
2. If the products have been shipped, cancellation is disallowed. In this case, there is nothing we can do and you are to expect your shipment as per arrangements.
   
   

We are sorry to inform you that we cannot return or refund your purchases under any circumstances. In case the shipped product is to be returned, the government will charge double its price at Customs & Duties, which commercially would jeopardize our existence and our whole business process. Although we are constantly doing efforts to find a solution, we promise to provide you with the best and keep you satisfied at all times.

Golden Crown Co. gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. We will make all the necessary comparisons to give you the best shipping price to your door, unless you specify a certain shipping company of your preference. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. You will be receiving all the necessary information regarding your shipment and the shipment fees along with your order confirmation.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you want your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
